Interfacing Instructions for an interchangeable canvas
Cut the fusible interfacing at least 1.0” | 2,5 cm larger than your finished blocked needlepoint creation. The size of your canvas to put in the frame is 3.3x6.3” (3x6” visible canvas in frame). Lay the interlining with the coated side facing the reverse side of the fabric. Iron on dry for around 8 seconds. Press the iron down firmly over each section 5–6 times (iron setting: silk|wool). After fixing, lay the piece down flat to cool down for around 30 minutes to allow the bond to stabilize. Cut off the interfacing around the canvas and place it in the frame. Repeat these steps to as many needlepoint creations as you wish to insert into your frame. If you wish to only have one design with this box permanently, you can use a double-sided tape to secure your needlepoint creation inside the frame permanently.
