Tijdens deze cursussen leer je hoe je met grijskarton, boekbinderslinnen en lijm een prachtige doos, opbergmap of portfolioboek maakt. Ik begeleid je stap voor stap. Je hebt geen ervaring nodig, alleen plezier om iets nieuws te leren.

Je krijgt bij een cursus:
alle basismaterialen om je ontwerp te maken
het ontwerp met de juiste maten mee, zodat je het thuis nog eens kunt maken
gereedschap te leen om te gebruiken tijdens de cursus
een kleine, gezellige groep medecursisten
koffie, thee & iets lekkers
Wil je thuis verder aan de slag? Je kunt bij de cursus een tas met gereedschap en materialen aanschaffen.

During these courses, you'll learn how to create a stunning box, storage folder, or portfolio book using greyboard, bookbinding cloth, and glue. I will guide you step by step. No experience is needed—just the joy of learning something new.

Meet Sabrine
French Cartonnage is een ambachtelijke kunstvorm met wortels in de 18e eeuw, waarbij met zorg en precisie dozen, mappen en portfolio’s worden vervaardigd. Sinds 2003 blaas ik dit traditionele vakmanschap nieuw leven in, met eerbied voor de technieken van de meester-makers uit die tijd. Mijn avontuur met HOUSE OF CARTONNAGE begon in 2003, gedreven door een passie om te creëren – al was het een zoektocht om mijn eigen pad te vinden. Die reis startte met een workshop waarin ik de kunst van het French Cartonnage ontdekte. Sinds 2020 geef ik cursussen, trouw aan de klassieke Franse technieken.
French Cartonnage is a traditional craft with roots in the 18th century, where boxes, folders, and portfolios are created with great care and precision. Since 2003, I have been breathing new life into this artisanal craft, honoring the techniques of the master makers of that time. My journey with HOUSE OF CARTONNAGE began in 2003, driven by a passion for creating – although it took some time to find my own path. That journey started with a workshop where I discovered the art of French Cartonnage. Since 2020, I have been teaching courses, staying true to the classic French techniques.
